Zach Fuller is an experienced attorney and litigator with a proven track record of success in complex civil litigation.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Emory University before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law.
Zach began his legal career managing high-volume complex litigation cases throughout the state of Georgia, honing his skills in negotiation, trial preparation, and litigation strategy. Today, as a partner at Hanson Fuller, Zach focuses his practice on select cases and clients, providing a high level of personal attention and strategic advocacy.
Zach has litigated hundreds of cases in Georgia state and federal courts, including the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. He is frequently consulted for his expertise in drafting trial and appellate briefs, decisive motions, Court of Appeals and Supreme Court petitions, as well as amicus briefs in watershed appellate matters. Zach has successfully handled the appeals of numerous large verdict cases, achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.
In addition to his legal practice, Zach is an avid runner, reader, and writer. He resides in North Atlanta with his wife, son, and two dogs.
